How can I tell if I have TSS?

Okay so I just got off of my period and I use tampons even though Im 11. They keep the smell away and its cleaner. Anyway, Ive had diareah but its not wet or that runny and my skins been peeling but I wash my face a lot to keep acne away and my thigh muscels have been hurting badly but i did 45 pacers in gym. Oh btw I sleep in my tampons just in case it wont bleed out and the tampons i use are regular. And it would be usful if you answer one more question- am i more at risk of tss if i use tampons at age 11 with regular absorbency?
