How come the RICH, FANS at courtside seats at the Bulls, United Center, don't cheer?

The fans at the courtside seats, at the United Center, never make any noise. They just sit on their hands. The majority of the fans are white. Why don't they give the tickets, to fans that will cheer. The courtside fans are LAME at home Bulls game. That is one reason the Bulls vs Pacers is going 7 games. That's why I miss the old Chicago Stadium.
