Running and lifting in the same day?
I'm trying to lose 20-30 pounds. when i run, i dont run around out in public or something. My town/city isnt really safe especially at night. so i do pacers in my backyard (for people who dont know what a pacer is its running from one end to the other) and i increase the number of pacers everyday. say i do 30 on monday, i do 60 tuesday. i also have a basketball hoop in my backyard. i play about 1-3 hours everyday. Then after i run, i go inside and lift dumbbells. i dont have that many now but i plan on buying. Please help me on a everyday routine to lose weight. should i lift first then run? or should i run first then lift?
