I have Qs about the Running injuries?

It could be a your sneakers. Did u stretch before you ran? That can cause major stressed muscles. They also might be over used, so take a day off and stoy off your feet. Let the lactic acid flow through your legs, because when u r always on your feet the lactic acid stays there and it can cause pain. It could be shin splints, or another disease. If it still hurts for over a couple of days, see ur trainer at school
